I would not have purchased the battery outdoor stickup cam if I had known you can only mount them on a flat surface. Come on, out doors is on a wall or under the soffit of your home. This is ridiculous and now costing me more money. Don’t be fooled by the hype look for different cameras.
This is a software issue, not a hardware issue. Ridiculous that it hasn’t been fixed yet.
