We have had and loved the ring doorbell for a few years now. We setup the spotlight camera yesterday and it’s fully connected and set up (the lovely voice even confirmed it) but it won’t show up on the app as a device. Oddly, when there is motion on the camera we are notified and can view it - but we can’t access that camera on the app to adjust the motion detection area or snooze, etc. I tried to live chat and it said I couldn’t live chat for setup issues. ? Any ideas? Thanks!
Hi @GDevine. Let’s find that missing Spotlight Camera! First, open the Ring app and tap on the Menu in the upper left corner. Then, at the top of the screen you’ll see your location. Tap on that and switch the location that you’re currently on. You should now be able to see your Spotlight Camera. If you’d like to move the camera to be on the same location as your Doorbell, follow the steps listed in this Help Center article here. Let me know if this helps!
