Guest User Access code

I have someone access a property weekly at the same time so I set up a schedule to go along with the guest code access. This has worked fine for many months until today I get a call at 1am saying they can’t access. The only difference between then and now is that I’m +16 hours ahead on vacation. I think my phone’s timezone prevented the schedule from working. Wtf is happening?

Hi @GreyNeko. If your Mode Schedule is not working correctly, try deleting it and creating it again. If you have tried this step and still have the same concern, give our support team a call to further investigate.
