My outdoor camera keeps doing this at night and never picks up movement when in this mode. How do I stop or fix this?
Hi @emmsmommy. Give your Camera a reboot from the Ring app to see if that helps. If that does not help, try power cycling your Camera. To do so, remove the battery for a minute and reinsert it if it is battery-powered. If it is wired, shut off the power going to it for a minute and power it back on.
