Green Color Missing in Ring Door Bell 2

For about 3 months, the two trees in front of Ring Door Bell 2 appeared as pink color. It seems the green channel of RGB is broken or stuck. I reboot the door bell and it didn’t work. The door bell was bought in 2019.

Hi @olbertbai. If you’re seeing a pink hue or any discoloration on your Ring Doorbell’s view, a reboot is the first troubleshooting step we recommend. If that doesn’t work, you can also complete a full reset by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, walk through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
