Hi @user53116. You can tap the microphone icon, located between the red phone and the speaker icons, to speak with visitors at your door. Tapping the speaker icon will allow you to hear audio from the Doorbell. I hope this helps!

Hi yes this helps thanks because I just discovered the green button has now disappeared. So came on ring to find out what happened. So is this is how you will now answer ring doorbell calls no Longer needing the green button now? So they took it off. Well thx for the update that solved my issue.
