Hi, anyone suffer from a grainy image (although this at night) mine is constantly like this. My router is in ‘line of sight, no obstructions’ to the doorbell yet I still have this view. Hence the name of the doorbell.
Hi @user72187. Thank you for sharing that example image, though I have deleted it since it violates our Community Guidelines. First, check that your Doorbell has a strong signal on the Device Health page to rule out network connectivity as the cause of this issue. After that, perform a quick reboot using the reboot option (located on the Device Health page).
