When I’m in my truck, with truck running I click on my ring cameras; the system tries to call my voice mail? Happens when or not plugged in via USB

Any ideas why?
Wait. Are you saying when you try to open the app on your cell phone, the cell phone rings? That shouldn’t be happening.

Hi there, @playpar! This definitely should not happen, however, many vehicles now come with displays, connection, hands free, and other pairing options. I recommend ensuring bluetooth is also disabled when nearby or inside your vehicle. As we value all of our neighbors safety, and not that I think you would, but please do not watch Ring app videos while driving. I hope this helps!
