Giving my doorvell to family can I transfer remaining subscription

I’m giving my ring first generation doorbell to my family member I still have a subscription left on it can I transfer that subscription to them or can I get a refund or transfer it into my new 4th generation ring doorbell

Hi @JT999. The Ring Protect Plan Basic will cover one device at a location and is not transferrable. You can cancel the plan on the device and if applicable, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused amount left on the Ring Protect Plan.
