Hi there, @QuiGonJohn! It sounds like you might be using the Rich Notifications feature. As described in the Community post linked above, if you use a smartwatch multiple notifications might occur. This can also happen if you are quick to answer certain events, in which a second notification will contain image. Feel free to check out our post above for more information. I hope this helps!
