Got my Ring up and running, but cant seem to activate the Basic protection , whenever I log in to try and buy it , I’m only shown the option for the Advanced protection. What am I doing wrong ? Kevin

When you activate and setup a Ring Video Doorbell 2 for the first time, it automatically gives you a 30 day free trial of the Ring Protect Plus Plan, which may be why you’re running into this concern. They will be able to help walk you through this, or simply sign you up for this over the phone or chat.
