I am in Indiana and my ring is in Florida but is off line, can I get it back on line from here??

Hi @charlie456. If your Ring device is offline, you will need to be there in person with your Ring device to go through troubleshooting steps to figure out why it is offline and possibly go through a [reconnection process](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network). You could have someone else do this for you if they're available to go to the location and, if necessary, do a reconnection process once they log into your account on their phone.
