Getting alerts for a 2nd dormant property?
Hi AllA elderly relative has started having health issues so she will be moving with her family for a few months, her house will be empty so we're trying to find the best way to keep an eye on it while shes not there. She has a Ring Gen2 doorbell which is wired in, is there a way to get alerts or notifications if someone rings the bell without adding that doorbell to your own account? I've got my own Ring doorbell and alarm system so ideally do not want to add her doorbell to my account but wasnt sure if there was any way to still get alerts or ring notifications without doing this, advice appreciated

Hi @marcster. You could have her add you as a Shared User on her Doorbell so you can get alerts and notifications and access the Live View without having to actually set the Doorbell up under your account. Once she's back home, you can then remove yourself as a Shared User if needed. You can find the steps on how to be added in our Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/211018223-Controlling-Ring-Devices-with-Multiple-Electronic-Devices-and-Allowing-Access-to-Shared-Users). I hope this helps! :)
