Gen2 keypad

I’m having so much trouble with my keypad’s (Gen2) range. If I move it any further than a foot from the base station it won’t function properly.

Only moving it a foot away from the base station is it’s maximum range? Sorry to hear about this and yes, that is Not normal at all. You should try the troubleshooting procedures (link below).
