Looking for some advice on how to proceed and if this issue is covered under warranty, struggling to find a direct contact for Ring or their warranty process.
I’ve reviewed various suggestions previously posted for resetting the device, shining a bright light at the IR sensors etc but nothing has resolved the issue.
