I’ve scanned my keypad and it can be operated thru my phone but the buttons on the keypad do not function. I’ve tried rescanning it and it says it’s already been entered. So, my question is, how do I set it up? How do I set a pin # and enter emergency #'s and make the home, away and disarm buttons functional?

Hey @Shraela. You should be able to manage your keypad pin codes under the User’s section, under Settings in the Main Menu of the Ring app. You can learn more about how to do that in our Help Center Article here. Once you have a code that is functional, you can put in your 4 digit code and then select the mode (Disarm, Home, Away) to go into that mode. You can manage your emergency contacts under your Professional Monitoring under Settings. You can learn more about emergency contacts here.
