Gen 2 Battery video doorbell

Battery Gen 2 lost WiFi about 12 hours ago, it will not re-connect. I use an Apple se 2020 phone or iPad Air 3rd gen.
The Ring WiFi used on set up is showing ‘no internet connection’
I get the spinning white light ok, & audible message ‘ you are now being re connected’
My WiFi connection is normal, 2 restarts of modem and signal booster have been tried.
Message to Ring = waffle.
Kinda stumped.
The batter was 36%, now on charge.
My other Ring camera has ok WiFi connection.

Hi @Clutha. I’d recommend fully charging the battery for your Ring Video Doorbell before attempting to reconnect it to wifi again. Once the battery is fully charged, reset your Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, try walking the Doorbell through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. If this doesn’t work, please share a screenshot of what part of the setup process it fails at.
