Hi, I keep getting this fuzzy nightvision all the time. I just reset the doorbell 2 and the night vision was ok few nights and now its back to “useless”. Day is ok.
Hi @Torcha. Did you reboot or fully reset the Doorbell? The reboot option is located on the Device Health page in the Ring app and only takes a few moments. To fully reset the Doorbell, you need to hold down the setup button for at least 20 seconds, then perform a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
