My front ring doorbell wont give my phone a pic or volume of who is ringing my doorbell. My chime pro isnt responding either. This started overnight. Back door ring works great but front wont respond. Wifi signal good, just wont open up picture or activate chime.
Hey @Nvlate4633! If the Chime Pro is being used to connect your Front Doorbell, try unplugging the Chime Pro and plugging it back in to allow it to reconnect. If this does not resolve the connection issues in the app, please uninstall and reinstall the app on your mobile device. Let us know how it goes! 
I tried what you recommended, unplugging the Ring Chime and it did the trick. Thank you so much for your help and support!

Did you actually disconnect the Ring then reattach it?
