i have 4 ring door cameras and they are all hardwired and since the last firmware up date my mobile ring app only show,s battery source, but no hardwired source, has any one else had trouble with firmware up dates, its been like that for at least 2 days now, can you please look into this at ring. ps nothing wrong with hardwire power source on my end its the app
Have you tried pushing the button on the cameras to force a reset? That should check for any firmware updates. Also, have you checked the App Store on your phone to be sure you have the latest mobile app?
Because firmware is installed at the factory, and because we often don’t realize it’s there, we don’t think to update it.
I am experiencing the same thing all of a sudden my 1st Gen doorbell is showing low battery and it’s hardwired.
