Forgot password go to process success but when sign in account like new account can’t back to look or management any thing

need help i have my ring doorbell 3 i use like 7month and i move to new place with new wifi i try to set up i put reset at the ring and come back to app at my phone is sign out i for got password and go in process after that i scan my ring but show up about have someone else registered and can’t go back to same my account look like i got my new account i use the same email and now what i can do …??? thank you if u can help

If you can’t remember your account information then the only people that can help is Support ( Contact Us – Ring Help) as none of us has access to your account info.
Using information known only to you, they might be able to get you back into your account.
