for the last 2 weeks myIndoor stick up cam Will not let me complete login keeps telling me hi it loo
However I have only owned it for approximately month and a half so I am kind of new but I've used it in this house watch the videos everything but now it won't let me log in do I need to take it back to the store

Hi neighbor. Is it the Ring app that you are having issues logging into? If that is the case, I would double check the spelling of your email address and then reset your password. To do this, just tap the Forgot Password button when logging in and follow the on screen prompts. If the Stick Up Cam is having issues connecting to your wifi, try bringing it closer to your router and performing a reset. You can reset it by holding the setup button down for 20 seconds, then reconnect it to wifi. I hope this information helps!
