Footage Unavailable - device online, live view works

We have a floodlight security camera that’s hardwired. Status is connected & online. I get motion alerts and can access live views but there’s nothing in between - just blank screens that say “this footage is unavailable “ and we used to see snapshots throughout the day. What’s the fix?? It was working fine for months & suddenly it’s not working right. Help!

Hi @CasaBuenfil. Make sure your Ring app is fully updated, then check the RSSI on the Device Health page to verify that your Floodlight Cam has a strong connection. After ensuring the signal is strong and stable, review your router settings and check that the ports and protocols used by Ring devices are open. If any of these are not open, that could be impacting the Floodlight Cam’s ability to properly record events.

Lastly, you can perform a reboot in the Ring app using the reboot option on the Device Health page.
