We have the Ring Video Doorbell Pro but the video is no where the quality advertised as 1080. Ours isn’t even 720 it’s more like a dusty picture and the lense is clean. The WiFi is perfect as is the RSSi. We have other security cameras around the house (outside) with outstanding 1080 views/video and they to are wireless. Has anyone incurred this problem and if so what was your remedy.

Hi @stevenandbecky! As long as your power and wifi resources are efficient and show as good in the Ring app Device Health, video should be clear. For good measure, check out our Community post about RSSI for tips on optimizing this signal strength. Beyond common wifi signal variables, please ensure the Ring Pro is connected to your 2.4 Ghz wifi network. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
