One of my Floor Light cam is no longer send out notification, neither Motion Sensor. I have checked all steps according to Ring Troubleshooting, checked the device health, but none of them work . And I also can’t get on the device Live view.
Hi @PrestonO426. It sounds like the Floodlight Cam is completely offline. You may need to reconnect it. If that doesn’t cause a positive reaction, you may need to contact our support team.
