Floodlights hardly ever recording or showing live

For a little over a month now I am having trouble viewing my floodlight camera live and it will only record a select few motions. I checked the settings and everything looks normal. I have rebooted our internet many times. The camera will go offline about once a week and we need to reset our internet, but I am unable to watch anything live anymore.

Hi @user10742. This could be due to intermittent wifi interruptions or interference causing the Floodlight Cam to not be able to show the Live View or record motion. What is the [RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229#M4) for your Floodlight Cam?
