Floodlight won't reset, light stays on, can't connect wifi
One of my floodlights has lost the wifi-connection two days ago, lights came on and now stay on all day and night, and it will not enter setup mode. I tried just pushing the button, and nothing happens. I tried holding the button down for 30 seconds to reset it, and nothing. Just the spotlights staying on.
I opened it up, disconnected the wires and reconnected it. The spotlights turned right back on, but i still can’t set it up.
i didn’t have any problem setting up the other 3 cameras. What should I do?

Exact same problem. Have tried to power off completely. Also tried holding the reset down for a minute, several times! the main floodlight keeps lighting up, and no connection to internet. The reset light does not flash.
Does anyone have a solution?

Hi @user80409. You can reset the Floodlight Cam by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. After that, you’ll need to walk through a new setup in the Ring app by using the steps under Set Up a Device. If the Floodlight Cam doesn’t connect to your wifi network, you receive another error during the setup process, try the troubleshooting steps here.
Since the Ring Community is a public forum, it is not a direct line to support. If this issue persists after trying the above, you’ll need to get in touch with our support team for further assistance.
