Floodlight Wired Plus no longer working

I had two Floodlight Wired Plus cameras installed by an electrician 3 weeks ago.

After two weeks, the light options on one of them would no longer work, motion-sense or manual. Did a full reboot (turning off and on the router, pressing the button on the camera…) but no luck. Now, one week later, that floodlight camera is dead altogether. Has anyone else come across this and how good are Ring at supporting their warranty? I’m going to need to pay the professional to take it down for me to send it back.

Hi @JonD79. If possible, I’d recommend reaching out to our support team when you have the electrician there working with the Floodlight Cam. It’s possible this could be a power concern, and our support team will want to walk through any applicable troubleshooting steps before determining if a replacement is needed under warranty.
