New set up will not enter set-up mode. I do not get the blinking light. I do get an intermittent flash, 1 or 2 a minute
Hi @Bob11. Try resetting the Floodlight Cam by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After that, try to set it up again by following the steps under Set Up a Device in the Ring App. If it’s still not completing the setup for you, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here so they can offer more advanced troubleshooting assistance.
