My outdoor floodlight audio is producing an irritating static noise.
Hi @SLB7. Is the static present on Live View or recordings of motion events as well? You may want to try a reset and a fresh setup of your Floodlight Cam to correct this static concern. To reset the Camera, you’ll want to hold down the reset button for at least 20 seconds. Once that’s done, you can take it through a new setup in the Ring App by following the steps under Set Up a Device.
