The video from my wired Floodlight Pro is boxy and distorted like an old pay per view channel on cable. The snap shots are actually working perfectly and are completely clear. Nothing has changed about my set up, this started over night last night. I’ve tried it on both the Chime Pro network and the house WiFi and the problem is present with both of them. What’s happening and how can I fix it?
Not sure what the issue was but I rebooted the system and it works fine now.
