floodlight not connecting

I noticed that the my floodlight cam was in set up mode and try to reconnect to my Chime pro Then tried connecting it to the Wi-Fi directly both failed
It has entered set up mode correctly As I can see it and connect to it via Wi-Fi
I am unable to turn the power off as it is connected to the mains to the property I will be trying to turn it off tomorrow .
If anyone can help with this it would be awesome.

I am having the same problem. It just stopped working.
