I’ve installed a wired floodlight cam in addition to 3 previously, and the lights on the new additional fixure electrically glow continuously, as seen in the attached pic. The unit was replaced already with the same result. Anybody know/wager what the cause of this is, and a fix if possible please? Thanks.
Hi @Ring45. Would this Floodlight Cam happen to be connected a dimmer switch? If so, this could be a power related issue. If this is not the case, I would follow up with our support team on your open support ticket.
