Hi @Reusch. Make sure your Ring App and phone's OS are fully updated, and that any VPNs are disabled as these can impact your ability to use the Ring App. Additionally, if you have a different smartphone or tablet, try to toggle the lights on your Floodlight Cam on there to see if that works. This will help isolate the root of the concern.
