Like a huge number of posts I have read, the floodlight on my reasonably (within the last 12 months) security camera no longer work. Not sure what to do as I was told abruptly by a support representative that I need to call to troubleshoot the problem. However, I know what the problem is. The light no longer works?
Not the greatest first experience of your client service.
Any ideas other than wasting my time on the expensive support line?
