Tried to reboot modem, router, cam. Tried to turn off 5G, tried to improve signal and app refuses to connect to my new WiFi. Running out of options, please help!
Hi @Loretti ! Is this your first Ring Camera? Have you tried connecting to 2.4 or closer to the router? What is the error you’re receiving in the app? Thanks!
