Floodlight can phone connection

My floodlight cam has poor connections with my phone. Would a chime pro fix this?

Hey @Tiryan89. When you pull up the Live View, does it say the connection is weak on the device or your phone? If it says your phone’s connection is weak, I would recommend using mobile data instead of wifi or vice versa. If it says your device has a weak connection, connecting it to a Chime Pro will help!
