We are having a problem with our Ring Floodlight Camera. The daytime picture is tinged red. We have had this problem for a little more than a month.
We thought this might be a software bug that would soon be resolved with the next update, but the problem still exists. All health checks show no problems. We have tried completely removing power several times. We have tried pressing the setup button (for at least 30 seconds) several times. Nothing appears to work.
