My floodlight camera isn’t working correctly, the camera seems fine but at and the lights come on but at night even with the lights on the camera is black and we can’t see anything ??? its like the lights aren’t now strong enough to help the camera see at night.
Hi @LadyDPJ. If your Camera’s video quality is poor during the night, try the following steps:

Turn on Color Night Vision.

Power-cycle your Camera. Power-cycling your camera involves turning it off for a minute and then turning it back on.

Verify your Camera’s signal strength, also known as RSSI, is at a good level.
