Floodlight camera not showing live view in app

Hi, my ring floodlight camera has been working fine for approx 2 years but stopped recording footage for me to review approx 20 days ago. The camera itself still detects motion as when I walk past the lights come on. The device health is within a healthy range RSI -36 but I cannot access the live footage. The firmware is up to date per the app. I have reset the camera at the power source, tried to reconnect via the app but it won’t let me connect via my ring network on my iPhone despite all signs showing that it is already connected. What can I do?

Hi @user64615. Do you still have an active Ring Protect Plan? Is the footage viewable on Ring.com? You can also reboot the device via the Ring app in the Device Health menu.
