Floodlight camera not connecting to internet

My floodlight cam, all of a sudden, stopped connecting to the internet. Then during set up I was being told there was a problem connecting to the internet despite the signal being strong. I tried many times and also tried a hard reboot but it still wouldn’t connect.
I finally got connected after I went into the router settings and deleted the cam that was apparently connected to the WiFi. After restarting set up the cam was connected immediately.

I have same issue on my floodlight, how can I fix this? I spent a few hours to get the camera on live last week and it is diconnected again. I bought this a fer month ago, can I request to replace this a new one?
My doorbell is working fine, it has been working more than 2 years without any connection issue.
