I have a number of ring products and I love that but last night my drive floodlight camera seems to have stopped working and become very blurred and foggy.
Has anyone else experienced this? It’s saying online to take camera down and bring inside but I can’t really do this as it’s high up and been fitted by an electrician.
Does this mean my camera is broken?
Hi @user28103. Environmental conditions can play a factor in how your camera behaves. I suggest wiping your Floodlight Cam down with a soft microfiber cloth. Other neighbors have also found success with applying a small amount of Rain-X to help mitigate the dew on the outside of the camera. Let me know if this helps!
