Floodlight camera light flickering called ring they don’t care they have terrible customer service

Floodlight issue flickering I pay subscription $100 per year and customer service rep told me I have warranty 2 years , so now when I need them they ignore me keep testing floodlight for hours promise they will
Call with resolution , promised to ship new one and I never got it nothing , I kept calling ring and you get run around for hour and again they promise they will email me and nothing ,horrible customer service lately they use to be much better before . Also have doorbell 2 does not work and they would not warranty it had to buy new one on eBay so if you considering getting ring please note they have horrible customer service and they mislead they customers
