My new floodlight cam will not go into setup mode and will not do a factory reset. The lights have remained on the entire time. The device was setup immediately and shortly after, it automatically installed a factory update and it will no longer work. I removed the camera from my app to try and re-connect it again but it still won’t enter setup mode. Is there something else I can do?
