Floodlight cam wired. Lights not coming on

troubleshooting
We've had the floodlight cam for a number of years now and suddenly the floodlights no longer react to motion. They also won't come on via the app and i get an error. They do come on randomly during the night - after they are scheduled not to come on... Camera is fine. Have tried switching off at the switch but that made no difference. Any suggestions?

Hi @Zelf. Check under Device Settings > Light Settings to ensure that Motion-Activated Lights are toggled on. Then check the Motion Zones for Lights tab and make sure the zones are toggled on. You can also review the Light Sensitivity tab to adjust the sensitivity as well. Lastly, verify you have the latest version of the Ring app installed, and perform a quick reboot using the [reboot option](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-Rebooting-your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera) on the Device Health page. If the lights on your Floodlight Cam still do not come on with motion or when manually toggled on, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406#callus). If you are outside of the US, please visit [here ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406)to see how to contact support.
