My floodlight cam stopped working and shows it offline. My wifi is good and unit has power. I tried to hit the reset button and nothing happened. I also did a hard reset and got the same results, no light flashing.
Hey @mp8209. Since you have done the reset to no avail, I recommend turning off power at the breaker and ensuring the wiring is as it should be. If you still cannot get the device online after checking the wiring, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here. I have the same issue I think the firmware update failed
