A lightning storm blew may router and since the installation of a new one I am unable to reconnect my floodlight cam. Any suggestions please.
Hi @Geoffcymro! As it sounds like there was a power loss event, the best first step here will be to ensure your Floodlight Cam is receiving the appropriate power. Please check that any switches or breaker switches associated with your Floodlight Cam are not flipped/ are turned on.
Once power is confirmed as sufficient, please attempt a new setup in the Ring app to see if the connection is successful. Although your router was already reset by power loss, sometimes resetting your router again can help. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
