Floodlight Cam static

Hello- I purchased a Ring Flood Lights w3D and ever since we put it up it’s been nothing but static. I’ve done everything including buying a new router and nothings worked. None of my other camera have this issue at all, it’s just my Flood Light Camera. Do I need to return this and get a new one before my time is out? Especially since nothings worked?
Please help?!?!

Hi @MHadley. You can try rebooting the Camera from the Ring App. This Help Center article here has additional steps to try as well for audio concerns.
