Floodlight Cam Speaker Faulty

Hi RING Community,

I recently bought a floodlight RING CAM from Bunnings Warehouse (in Australia) 23/12, and the speaker is not working properly. The sound is muffled resulting in near-zero audio.

I am wondering whether it is a firmware issue, if not, what is the best process of getting the camera replaced i.e., refunding through Bunnings or through RING Australia?

Please see attached video. Please note that the sound from me walking is louder than the siren.

Hi @cssl29. I would first try to reboot the Floodlight Cam to see if that will improve the performance of the siren. You can do this by pressing and holding the setup button on the camera for 20 seconds, then release. After a few minutes pass, try the siren. If this proves to be unsuccessful, you can reach out to our support team for the next best steps. Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
