I just installed my floodlight cam and the light has been on since. When I go on the app, the cam is showing the light is off when clearly the light is still on. Even switching the light on and off does nothing .

I recommend power cycling your device by turning off switch from the breaker to disconnect it from power, have it powered off for at least 60 seconds, and then turn the power back on for the device. You may need to go into the Device Health section for the Floodlight Cam in order to reconnect the device if you do not see it come back online. If you’ve reconnected your device and the light is still on when your app says it’s off, I recommend following up with our support team directly.
